Cancelation policy rules depend on rate plans.
Main rule cancelation rules:
In case of reservation cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, guests will be charged a fine in the amount of the full cost of the reservation.
In case of cancellation of the reservation from 7 to 14 days before arrival, guests will be charged a fine of half the cost of the reservation.
No penalty will be charged if the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival.
